Since 1999
More than a quarter-century of Service Above Self — from our charter night in 1999 to the projects we serve today, this is the story of the Rotary Club of Central Pampanga.
The Rotary Club of Central Pampanga was chartered on June 23, 1999 in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Club ID 52307 of Rotary District 3790, Cluster 4A — with Lucia R. Gutierrez as its first president.
As host club for District 3790 Cluster 4A, RCCP staged the Membership Development Seminar at Royce Hotel, Clark — a day of learning and collaboration chaired by Assistant Governor Carla Espinosa.
The club marked its 27th Charter Anniversary with a celebration and Club Assembly — honoring its history, welcoming new members, and strengthening its commitment to service.
Outgoing President Dwayne Regie Lingat passed the gavel to President Jon Kevin L. Pilea for Rotary Year 2026–2027, with Incoming District Governor Ronald Dy as Guest of Honor and Speaker.
The club launched its official website — a new home for our announcements, projects, events, and the story of our service.
